A sex and relationship coach helps individuals and couples strengthen their relationships with themselves and others by improving communication, emotional awareness, intimacy, and connection.
Unlike therapy, which often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions or processing the past, coaching is generally future-oriented. Together, we explore where you are today, where you'd like to be, and the practical steps that can help you get there.
Through the Embodied Intimacy Framework, we'll work to better understand your body, nervous system, emotions, relationships, and desires so you can build deeper, more authentic intimacy.

I work with individuals and couples from all backgrounds who want to cultivate deeper connection with themselves, their partners, and the people who matter most.
Some clients come to coaching because they're feeling disconnected, navigating relationship challenges, or wanting to improve communication. Others are exploring intimacy, desire, emotional safety, or simply looking to better understand themselves and the patterns that shape their relationships.
You don't need to be in a relationship to benefit from this work. Whether you're single, dating, partnered, married, or navigating a life transition, the Embodied Intimacy Framework offers practical tools for developing greater self-awareness, authenticity, and connection.
Above all, I strive to create a welcoming, inclusive, and judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and feel supported throughout your journey.

If you're longing for deeper connection with yourself, your partner, or the people around you coaching may be a good fit.
You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin. Many people come to coaching because they feel disconnected, want to improve their relationships, explore intimacy, better understand themselves, or simply feel ready for meaningful personal growth.
Through the Embodied Intimacy Framework, we'll work together to better understand the patterns that shape your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships, while developing practical tools to help you create lasting change.
The best way to know if coaching is right for you is through a free 20-minute discovery call. It's an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether we're a good fit. There's no pressure or obligation just an open conversation about where you are and where you'd like to go.
-
Not at all. You don't need to have everything figured out before beginning coaching.
Many people come to coaching with a clear goal, such as improving communication, strengthening a relationship, or exploring intimacy. Others simply know they want to feel more connected, present, confident, or fulfilled, but aren't exactly sure where to begin.
Wherever you're starting, we'll begin there together.
Through the Embodied Intimacy Framework, we'll explore your experiences, identify the patterns that may be influencing your relationships and well-being, and create a path forward that aligns with your goals and values. As your understanding grows, your goals often become clearer and our work evolves with you.
You don't need to arrive with all the answers. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to grow are more than enough to begin.
-
No. You don't need to be in a relationship to benefit from coaching.
One of the central ideas behind the Embodied Intimacy Framework is that the quality of our relationships is deeply connected to the quality of our relationship with ourselves. Whether you're single, dating, in a long-term relationship, or navigating a major life transition, this work can help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and authentic connection.
Many people begin coaching because they want to better understand themselves, reconnect with their bodies, heal unhelpful relationship patterns, build confidence, or gain clarity about what they truly want in future relationships.
If you are in a relationship, we'll also explore the dynamics between you and your partner. But meaningful growth doesn't depend on having a partner it begins with learning to know, trust, and connect with yourself.
-
Absolutely. While I'm a sex and relationship coach, coaching is always guided by your goals and comfort level.
Intimacy is about much more than sex. It's the ability to be present, authentic, emotionally connected, and safe with yourself and others. For many people, strengthening emotional connection, improving communication, building trust, or reconnecting with themselves is the most important place to begin.
If concerns about sexual intimacy arise and you'd like to explore them, we can certainly do that. If not, we'll focus on the areas that feel most meaningful and supportive for your growth.
There is never any expectation to discuss or explore topics that you're not ready for. My role is to create a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space where we can work together toward the goals that matter most to you.

My approach is grounded in the Embodied Intimacy Framework a practical path that helps individuals and couples create deeper intimacy by reconnecting with themselves first.
Together, we'll explore how your body, nervous system, emotions, attachment patterns, desires, and relationships influence your experience of connection. Rather than focusing only on changing behaviors, we'll work to understand the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
Our work may include somatic and Tantric-informed breathwork, guided practices, mindfulness, and honest, judgment-free conversation. These tools are used to help you cultivate greater body awareness, regulate your nervous system, clarify your desires, and communicate with greater confidence and authenticity.
Above all, I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your edges, challenge limiting patterns, and experience greater freedom, presence, and intimacy in your relationship with yourself and with the people you love.

Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes and takes place online via Zoom, allowing you to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
Every session is personalized to your unique goals and guided by the Embodied Intimacy Framework. Depending on where you are in your journey, we may explore embodiment, nervous system regulation, emotional safety, attachment, desire, communication, or intimacy.
We often begin with a simple grounding or breathing practice to help you settle into the present moment and reconnect with your body. From there, our conversation unfolds naturally as we explore your experiences, identify patterns, and discover practical ways to create greater connection with yourself and with the people you love.
You won't be judged, pressured, or expected to have everything figured out. Coaching is a collaborative process where you're encouraged to move at a pace that feels comfortable, supported, and sustainable.
Everything you share is treated with respect and confidentiality, creating a safe space for curiosity, self-discovery, and meaningful growth.
-
Every person's journey is unique, but meaningful change rarely happens in just one or two sessions.
That's why I recommend beginning with The Embodied Intimacy Journey, a three-month coaching experience that provides the time and structure needed to create lasting change.
Some clients accomplish their goals within three months, while others continue with ongoing coaching to deepen their growth, strengthen their relationships, or navigate new life transitions.
-
Yes. Creating a safe, respectful, and trusting environment is one of the most important parts of my coaching practice.
Everything you share during our coaching sessions is treated with the utmost care and respect for your privacy. My intention is to provide a confidential, judgment-free space where you can speak openly about your experiences, relationships, questions, and goals without fear of criticism or shame.
At the beginning of our work together, we'll review my coaching agreement, including confidentiality and any applicable legal or ethical limitations, so you'll know exactly what to expect.
My goal is to help you feel safe enough to be fully yourself, because meaningful growth begins when you have a space where you can be honest, curious, and authentically seen.
